I had a great experience at this hotel, especially with the friendly and accommodating staff who really made me feel welcomed. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I appreciated the modern bathroom fixtures. The location made exploring the city easy, being close to Times Square and plenty of nearby dining options. However, there were some minor issues with elevator access at times, which could be a bit frustrating during peak hours.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, where I was warmly welcomed with a complimentary drink at check-in. The rooms were not only clean but also comfortable, featuring modern bathrooms that added to my comfort. The location was perfect for exploring, with Times Square just a short walk away. However, I did encounter some access issues at the rooftop bar, which was a bit of a disappointment. Overall, I felt I got great value for my money.
